⚠️ Important information for Partners:
In case of accumulation of transactions/recharges, it is recommended that they not be released all at once on the first day of the promotion to prevent the Cubacel platform from becoming saturated.
Cubacel has asked us to notify that on the first day of the promotion there may be delays in the delivery of balance, promotional bonus, confirmation SMS or in the response times by the operator in the event of any customer service complaint.
Terms and Conditions
Promotion from Tuesday, February 13th, 2025 at 07:30 (UTC -5) until February 18th, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC -5).
For every top up 125 CUP, customers will receive bonuses of 14GB (all networks) + 75 MIN + 80 SMS, valid for 30 days from the recharge receipt date.
Topups for an amount below 5,25 € are not eligible for a bonus
- Activation of Bonuses: Bonuses activate immediately upon recharge receipt.
- Bonus Expiration: Bonuses expire 30 days from activation, at 23:59 (UTC-5)
- Expiration due to bonus consumption: Once all bonus resources are consumed, they are considered invalid, and deductions begin based on priority and current rates.
- Expiration due to time: Bonuses expire at the end of the 30-day period, regardless of remaining resources. Deductions begin based on priority and current rates.
- When bonuses expire, they reset; subsequent recharges will not recover leftover resources or balance.
- Extension and date change of active plans: Customers with active combined plans (national and/or international), national plans, LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses during this promotional period will have their expiration date extended by 30 days from the recharge date, with expiration at 23:59 Cuba time. Thus, users with data (GB), MIN, and/or SMS plans, combos, or bonuses will have their validity extended. Unlimited data, however, does not extend its validity.
For customers who apply for this offer, priority is automatically established for discounts in the following order:
- Unlimited data from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Daily Data Bundle
- Messaging Bundle
- Data Bonus (national)
- Data Bonus (international LTE)
- Balance Bonus (according to current rate)
- LTE data packages
- Active combined plans for data for all networks
- Main Balance (according to current rate)
Deductions are made ensuring no service interruptions.
- If a customer makes or receives multiple recharges during the promotional period, bonuses and main balance resources accumulate. The validity period of bonuses will be 30 days from the last recharge.
- There is no limit on the number of recharges during the promotional period, as long as bonuses and main balance do not exceed the maximum allowed. Parameter Maximum Limit:
- Main Account: 500,000 CUP
- MIN Bonus: 8,575 MIN (514,500 seconds)
- SMS Bonus: 33,335 SMS
- With the main balance, customers can perform all usual actions: sending messages, making national and international calls, purchasing bags, packages, and plans, transferring balance, and activating the Amigo plan.
- Balance inquiry is free of charge and can be done via *222#. Bonus inquiry is also free of charge and can be done via 222266#, or 222BON#.
- Transfer service does not apply to bonuses.
- To keep the service active, customers can recharge internationally from the established minimum amount (500CUP). The mobile line will have 330 days of validity from then on, with an additional 30 days granted before service deactivation.
- After a recharge during the promotion, the user receives a notification. It’s important to note that notification messages have an expiration time and require the mobile to be active and in an area with adequate coverage
