Terms and Conditions

Promotion from Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 07:30 (UTC -5) until Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at 23:59 (UTC -5).

For every top up between CUP 500 and CUP 1250, customers will receive 5X TopUp + Unlimited Data.

The expiration date for unlimited data will be 30 days from the last recharge received. 

Topups for an amount below 21 € are not eligible for a bonus

  • Unlimited data will be activated at the moment the customer receives the recharge.

Here are the key details for this International Recharge:

  • The main balance maintains the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge received.
  • If a customer already has active unlimited data from a previous promotion at the time of receiving this international recharge, the validity period will not be extended to 30 days from receiving this last recharge.
  • If a customer has active combined plans (national and international), LTE packages, international data bonuses, or Unlimited WhatsApp at the time of applying the recharge, the validity date of these resources will not be extended.
  • With this promotion, active SMS and MIN bonuses or plans do not extend the expiration date.

For customers who apply for this offer, priority is automatically established for discounts in the following order:

  • Daily Data Bundle
  • Messaging Bundle

The discount is applied to ensure there are no interruptions in service.

This applies to both ranges of recharge that a customer can perform multiple recharges, as long as they do not exceed the maximum amount established for their main account:

As long as this condition is met, the customer can recharge and will receive the sum in the main balance, which will accumulate. If these figures are exceeded, the customer will not be able to continue recharging.

After a recharge is made during the promotion, the user receives a notification. Additionally, balance status inquiries can be made through *222*BON# (*222*266#), free of charge for the customer.
